In all those cases in which we ask for consent to the processing of your personal data, their provision is purely optional. Some Data Processors, in providing their services to the Data Controller, may transfer your personal data to servers located in non-EU territory. Please note that not all non-EU countries guarantee the same European safety standards; by giving consent to the processing of your data, where applicable, you also consent to their transfer to servers located in these territories.
How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by Law.

Informed consent for image processing
The user authorizes PADEL QOMMUNITY 360 for marketing purposes, to use their first name and surname, as well as all photos, videos and pictures taken during the matches, events or any other activity organized by Padel Qommunity 360. The Participant may revoke this authorization at any time in writing.
